Having waited 91 days we have finally got our 2nd NOA from NSC!!!

Anyone have any idea how long it will take before I am given the interveiw in London??

All the best to the rest of you who are waiting.

Congrats!!!!! Looks like a bunch of us got approved at once. I don't know when to expect the interview, but I asked someone in my thread (NSC gets their finger out) so you may want to check there. Apparently packet 3 arrives (well, for one person at least) in about 3 weeks.

Why don't you call the London Embassy and request the packet 3 forms to be sent to you? Telephone No. 0207 355 3335. Unless you have already done that and sent your forms back to them, then you will be in the same boat as me and just waiting for an interview date - if this is the case then I think they look at your checklist form (IV15) and note the date of your travel and wedding date and then they prioritise from there.

The forms you need to download from the website and return to the 'Visa Branch' for packet 3 are:-

IV15
DS-230 - Part1
DS - 156
DS - 1456k

Good luck!!!

Wow, congrats!! When did you send in your I-129F? Did you get a request for
additional info? Good luck in London!

Congrats I'm not sure on how long it will take till the interview, you might want
to search google for London experiences.

What will speed it up is if you start preparing Packet 3 now, they will open a
provisional file.

In case you don't have the link, here 'tis

Best of luck!

We submitted our paperwork Dec. 14th to the CSC, got first NOA Jan 25, Naples
consulate notified of approved application on Feb 22, (message said via
cable/fax/telephone -- I hear that's much better than diplomatic pouch). This all
sounds pretty good, but when she called the Naples consulate, they said it would be
2-3 months after they receive approval notice that they'd send her the packet, and
THEN she'd have to wait a few more weeks before she'd be able to get in for an
interview! So, we want to move things along quickly if possible, so it sounds like my
fiancee should fill out the "packet 3 forms" now: (DS-230-I, DS-156, DS-156k,
IV-15.....any others?) to get the ball rolling. She's calling the consulate on Monday
to ask if they can open a provisional case, and already has her birth cert. and
police background check. Can she mail the completed packet-3 forms to Naples if it's
just a "provisional case" that's been opened?

Anything else she can do streamline this process?

Thanks in advance, Jeff
