Default I-129F Approval... Now on to the Consulate!

Hello,

My USC fiancee recently received our second NOA saying that her petition was approved for the I-129F. Is it true that I MUST get married AND file AOS within the 90 day period of entering the US? Can I file AOS afterwards? Our wedding date may be cutting it close with the 90 day period as I have only until January 12, 2003 to get the K1 according to the second NOA.

I am a Canadian citizen and was wondering from those "ex-Canadians" here whether or not there is any procedure that needs to be completed when I leave Canada. Do I have to notify any authority, taxation, mortgage, credit cards etc? What is the process to "leave"?

Ian
