Well probably because I suffered, Katrina, Rita AND Friggen Wilma all taking various bits of my neighbourhood away while I worked to save the dumb ass drivers that thought it would be fun to drive around in a hurricane from various car wrecks.

Im sorry Angry White Pyjamas, Didn't FEMA help you? I was told by FEMA that they do not do personal property damage and that we are pretty much on our own. My heart feels for you. As for the other posters, heartless. I understand how you feel. I've been through 2 myself and from what I heard from the FEMA guy, he said 2006 will be the worst. I would love to get away from the gulf.
