HPV vaccine VS WB64

I can't believe it... it's just so typical! An extremely effective new vaccine becomes available against HPV- the virus which is the leading cause of cervical cancer- and before it's even in use the WB64 news shows an item asking if it is a good idea....The idea would be to give it to young girls to prevent the STD which is the leading cause of cervical cancer. 75% of americans between 15-49 have it, and pass it on unnoticed.....

WB64 suggest it'll encourage "risky behaviour"!!!
WTF?! how about saving lives? It's probably the same people who say that giving sex education encourages kids too. Am i out of order?
