When I first moved to Connecticut I thought everyone was really rude too, and I had a really hard time making friends. Since then I've made some really good friends, and found a job that I love with co-workers who are just lovely. I no longer feel that way about Connecticut. There are some lovely people here and I think it was just me being British that didn't allow myself to see it. I am very happy to be here.
