Thanks, but I'm perfectly capable of turning $6,000 into $6 entirely on my own. Your...ahem...."bloody wife" will no doubt have her hands quite full putting you in the poor house.

Wouldn't want to overtax the poor girl by having her do the same for me. :D

Yup, know what you mean - kind of, although I haven't been shopping with your wife. Online banking I thought was great. Now it means I can sit at work trying desperately to earn at the same rate as the breadknife is out spending. What a motivator!

On the Christmas shopping theme I did all mine online; mainly for those back in Blighty. M & S, Oddbins, and Amazon - I thank and applaud you for letting me shop in the peace and quiet of my own home without hoards of people (purposely) walking across my path to get in my way. I salute thee!

She didnt really blow $6,000. I was taking the piss out of the spam thread "Turn $6 into $6,000".

She has been quite good this year (I still have a shirt).

I do my Christmas shopping online too. I look it up on the web then send her out to get it.

My hubby wants to spend the most at Christmas, I'm the one holding him back. I hate shopping, but I realised when our son was born, that I love to shop for him. There are so many nice things out there for little boys, all I need now is the money to buy them for him!!!
