How to pay a fine
 

Having noticed some stories about changes to immigration in the USA can I ask for advice on the following;

I received a speeding just outside Miami (on the way to airport rushing you know how it is) in 1996. Didn't pay it - I know fool, idiot, etc,

Anyway, i've been back six/seven times since to Florida rented cars etc no problem. However, I think I should settle this (given the things I read about) as it could cause a problem.

So can anyone tell me how I can go about paying the fine? Is there a website or information service I can check out.

Any advice gratefully received.
