I've heard conflicting reports. As far as I'm aware I need 2 for the I-485, 2 for AP, and 2 for G-325A. My husband needs 2 for G-325A. Is this correct? Thanks!

What does it say on the instruction sheets for the various applications? If it asks for two, send two. You didn't mention the I-765 for the EAD. You need photos for that as well.

It says 2 but someone posted that they were asked for 3 pictures with the AP. Anyway, no matter how many times I read instructions considering I'm in a bit of a tizzy now that it's filing time I just wanted verification that I'm doing this right! I wasn't aware that I needed photos for the EAD, I thought they took a picture at the office. Thanks for that.

Yes they do take the photo at the office and most offices want the photos submitted regardless and will return them to you when you have your appointment to pick up the EAD. See another poster who confirmed just this in another post today.
Rita PS you don't have to return the little card with your signature on it either. But if you fail to do so in LA, they will return the package to you. |
