I wonder if anyone might be able to help me....

I am looking to emigrate to the Texas area in approximatly 3 years time (my son will be at university in UK by then).

I have 4 children but only the youngest (who will be 13yrs) will be emigrating with us. The other 3 will decide after they finish university.

I am pretty sure that I can get a sponsores as my current employer has a US parent company, and my husband is starting a degree course to help his application too.

1) If I want to move in three years when should I start my application ?

2) I have read on this site (I believe) that you must if accepted, move within a set time scale, if so does any know how long that is ?

3) What is the state of employment / un-employment in the Texas area ? could you point me in the right direction (web wise) to find this out myself ?


I have already found so much information on this site, and found it very helpfull. All information you can give would be gratefully appreciated.
