How long to get the 2nd NOA?

We got our the first NOA at the end of July last year, and we are still waiting for the 2nd one. We are not willing to apply for K3 because of the document confusion in the future. I wonder how long to get the 2nd NOA. It is pretty slow in TSC, isn't it? Should we still wait for it or just apply for k3 now?

TSC has been known to be pretty slow - according to this site
http://www.shusterman.com/ they are currently processing I-130 Immediate Relative
petitions for April, 2001. And according to this website
http://members.aol.com/MDUdall/sctimes.htm K-3s dated December 2001 are currently
being processed. It seems to me you might as well wait out the I-130 at this point.
Take Care. Shelley

Re: How long to get the 2nd NOA?

So you are waiting for your Second NOA for the I-130? The reason why they created the
K-3 visa was because the I-130 takes a very long time to process. If you look at the
K-3 visa process you see that it takes about 6 months where most people get there K-3
visa's then while they are in the states wait many more months for the second NOA of
the I-130. If the second NOA for the I-130 comes to quickly then it would always be a
waste of time to get a K-3 visa.

Here's my current time line:

I think I will just have to wait for a while.
