First, I think INS may deport you for longer than 2 years, but I am not an
immigration attorney. If you get married in Jamaica, get married, and pretend you
never you were in the US, then I don't think a lawyer should recommend this as it
would be illegal. Since you are in the US and your wife is in the US, can I assume
you also got married in the US? Do you intend to lie about a marriage that is already
documented to have occurred in the US?

How did you arrive into the US? Did you sneak in, or did you come in on a visa and
overstay the visa? It may be possible that you are subject to a 10 year ban.

yes my mother sneak me in the countryand now that is something i have to deal with and i can tell you it is herd to deal with.my mother told me that i was illegal two years ago.so if i willing to go back to my country and get a 10 year ban.why should i go back to my country and be away from my wifefor that long.i dont want to go back for 10 years.i rather be illegal until law change.i am not evan worried about that.they have ways of getting around that.
