Question how hard is it?

hi, my partner and i are very interested in moving over to the US, she is a qualified journalist and i am a qualified carpenter, i was wondering how hard it would be to do this? also what visa's we might need and how easy/hard it would be to apply for these?

thanks

Paul

Right now Paul's planning on seeing the world. He should probably set the USA aside and follow easier options.

Qualified Carpenter will not get you a visa, it's a great trade to be in IF you get there though. What about the other half, does she work for a newspaper or is she freelance?

Not seeing anything here. Stick with Canada/OZ/NZ. You won't make it to the US, I'm afraid.
