How is it done???
My wife and i went to see Phill Collins the other night and it made me think...........How does all the visa etc system work for someone like him? He will be touring etc for a number of weeks and earning money etc, so does he have to have a work visa or what??
PS It was a fantastic concert, we spoke to him in the hotel twice as well as some of his band!! Keep it rocking Phil!!
