I was just wondering... how will I go about getting a Michigan Driver's licence,
licence plates and insurance for my car once I arrive in Michigan on my K-1 Visa?

Perhaps your fiancee who lives in Michigan is familiar with the DMV rules and regulations. If not, you can try doing a search online for DMV, Michigan. This should bring up the DMV site and you can get the information from the horse's mouth.
