how do I dial a UK 0500 free number from USA?
 

Trying to contact premium bonds people. My mother received a note from them that I requested a check sent to her house. Letter was dated Nov 27 and that they would b sending a check to her address. Cheque has not arrived. Really concerned. Just heard about this from her today. Any suggestions. ? I'm not signed in for online premium bonds yet. Was just going to call them first. Having no luck using this number with my calling card which works fine for regular house phone in UK calls.

Is that for winnings, or repaying bonds? We've had some fairly large wins over the years, but they've never called to warn us they were on the way, so you must be in for something fairly substantial!
