There is a waiver for immigrant visa's file an I 601. Seems a fairly simple process, I have seen a few and they seemed to get it approved without too much hassle.
Now what they will do with non immigrant visa's I am not sure. Has not been an issue previously as there was no medical requirement.

I was referring to the nonsensical syntax. An erroneous or false statement can make perfect sense on its face, but remains erroneous or false.

I stand for informed choice whether people take it or not, freedom of choice. Being “nice” is respecting that choice. If the vaccine works then you are fine.
However my research shows the vaccine hurts the immune system, makes the vaccinated into a spike protein producing factory creating variants, is not effective at preventing Covid, and in many cases the vaccine itself causes serious injury and death.

Now, if you were an epidemiologist or vaccine specialist that has conducted rigourous clinical trials that lead you to your conclusion, then yes you can legitimately say your research shows that.
But somehow I suspect you are not.

Which of course has nothing to do with measure such as masks, lockdowns etc taken to prevent the spread of a contagious airborne-spread virus serendipitously, but not unsurprisingly. being effective against the spread of other contagious airborne-spread viruses.

Just in case the OP is also thinking about Canada then the same rules apply MUST BE VACCINATED.
Now there are ways to enter but these ways usually end up with the person spending time in jail and eventually being removed.
