You can't. As an individual, you cannot, except in very rare circumstances self
petition for immigration to the US [You have to be really important to be able to
successfully self petition]. In most cases, you must be either sponsored by an
immediate family member, or you must be sponsored by employment. Immigration to the
US for most people takes 3 years or more.
