I scored 10 out of 15. Some of the questions are a bit esoteric. I mean, who cares what order the patron saints' birthdays occur?

"Respect laws, the elected political structures, traditional values of mutual tolerance and respect for rights and mutual concern."

Respect elected political structures?

Fuck off.

Hmm, I did better than expected -- 6 out of 15 -- I suppose I was making good guesses!

RIGHT: 3, 7, 8, 9, 13, 14

WRONG: 1, 2, 4, 5, 6, 10, 11, 12, 15

I think #10 was a trick question, and I have no idea how I got #11 wrong!

I got 9...but some of those, who cares about the order of the saints...and father x-mas? and PG...that's both, a brand name and cinema certification...bit dodgy those questions...

And Q11...that's dodgy, UK use's 220 volts now...240V is maximum though...

And how much a solicitor charges most important? I'd have thought asking if they were qualified in the area of law would be the first question...

I thought the same about the solicitor question too - it wouldn't be a lot of good finding a cheap solicitor to defend you on a charge of dangerous driving if he only specialised in divorce.

I got 10/15. Not too bad I suppose being as I've been is US 9 years now. What I'm more worried about is the American test when I go for citizenship, but that's another 5 years down the road. Even so I don't have a clue. For example I thought General Lee was the car out from the Dukes of Hazzard until someone told me he was one of the main characters in the American Civil War. We never covered American History in O-Level History.

Ditto!

I managed to squeak by with 3 or 4 incorrect ~ PG Tips was my answer- WRONG!
I flunked on the 220V also, but I sense that was a trick question; the saint's I had all backwards ~ my excuse: theology's not my bag and I missed the last one ~ what's the point in checking how much the solicitor charges, they're all too expensive anyway! I think, all in all, not all that shabby for having been gone so long.
