Household bleach here goes by the brand name of 'Clorox' and is found in the washing powder aisle in huge gallon bottles.
The sporting goods store will be 'SPORTS AUTHORITY'.
Just buy up a bunch of water bottles. 50c or so a gallon from Publix. Well worth it.
krizzy, I do that whenever one is threatening us. Works like a dream. Last year had power out for 24 hrs, with whateveritsnamewas (can't keep track!), and worked wonders.
