House Prices In Los Angeles/Orange County
Is it just me or are house prices in Southern California outrageous? All you lot living in Arizona, Nevada or other states must be laughing at the prices we pay?

i wouldnt. the time to buy was 2 years ago. i bought 2 condos in san diego, one 3 years and one last year. the one i bought 9 months ago is up 20%. i'm selling
the first in 2 months.
with the raising interest rates, the prices can only do 1 of two things. flatten out or go down.
you decide what is best for you.
