Saw O years ago...it was brilliant...worth every penny. I wanted to see the new Cirque Michael Jackson show...but haven't seen any reviews yet.

I haven't seen O but I hear they're quite similar. It was breathtaking.

O has the huge water tank beneath the stage...the cast appear and disappear into it. I don't think the other Cirque's have the tank. Very clever.

Fireworks are likely to be on the 6th as the casinos wait for the weekends. Station casinos have them on the 4th but these are the casinos for the locals in the burbs. I stay in Bally's or Paris usually once a month but my rooms are comp'd.

La reve's not cirque but does have the water tank. They're freaking crazy!!!!

For me it has to be Encore (second Wynn tower). It's at the end of the strip but I like walking to that's good for me.

Caesars Entertainment, which normally hosts fireworks displays at Caesars Palace, confirmed to us that they will put on a show once again. Fireworks are planned there for the Fourth as well. A 10-minute display will take get underway at 9 p.m.
