Might be helpful to know which consulate you intend to visit, there are
several, you know.

Nearest one to that would be the Granville Island hotel. There is some
s-t accomodation about the sae distance away. Otherwise on any plave
where the busses take you up/down Granville street.

since this is posted from britishexpats.com, can we assume you are asking
for the British consulate?

Several others pointed out that you dodn't indicate WHICH consulate you
want (there are dozens of them), but nearly all of them are located in the
central business district and are an easy walk from any of the major
downtown hotels. The major exception is the Chinese consulate which is in
the South Granville area, and there are a handful of others scattered
around the city and suburbs.

You didn't, not in this thread anyway. But if you don't actually need
advice and just want to troll, that's fine, too. A killfile is sooo easy
to maintain ;-)

You have to actually type it into a message before people will be able to
know. You can't just speak it toward the computer.
