Default hooray I got my greencard... welll the notification letter.. with a twist... advice?

So after over 9 months of waiting I finally passed my FBI background check and I just received the confirmation letter saying that the green card was on its way.
This is all great news if the greencard doesnt get lost in the post.
The twist is that the notification is made up of two letters. One a letter telling me the details of my application, the other is a letter congratulating me. Both letters contain my details, date of birth, name and file number and country of both. letter A states that my country of birth is United Kingdom, letter B meanwhile confidently assures me that I was in fact born in Armenia!!!!
No wonder my FBI background check took so longl. With incompetence such as this who needs enemies! I am sure the Armenia reference is just a mistake (it was probably the first country on the pulldown menu or something, they probably slipped with the mouse when making the letter).
My question is, does this matter in anyway, should I call them and let them know or just keep schtum until the greencard arrives?

I'd get it fixed. Having a document showing you as a US citizen is very bad if you arent. And if you gor for naturalization later it may bite you in the ass.

If you read the post very quickly, the fact that the words "United" and "Armenia" occur close together can trick the eye into reading "Armenia" as "America."

I'd sort it regardless of what exactly the error is -- it's still an error.

if you want to be Armenian, you'll have to live in Glendale!

I don't know why you get the impression that the OP's expecting a GC showing he's a US citizen (that doesn't make sense anyway)?

If I were you, I'd wait until you get the actual Green Card. It may be correct.

If you attempt to verify what you'll be getting, you may just confuse the minions at USCIS and that'll be worse IMHO.

When one of my Aussie friends received her Green Card it stated that her nationality was Western Samoan! (It's a Pacific island roughly near New Zealand).

She spent hours at the USCIS at Newark trying to get it fixed. Back in February she became a US citizen.....her poor husband (also an Aussie) hasn't heard a thing and they're planning to move back to Canberra later this year.

I dont get that impression at all. I meant that if the USCIS hae him down as being as USC then it could cause problems but tbh I couldnt give a shit. So, whatever.
