all i can say is god help you wherever you came from in blighty and i wish the Golden Corral and Denny's and living in Conroe would make me happy but then maybe that's where i've gone wrong....haha no i don't think so

I speak good castillian spanish, which comes as a shock to my mexican compadres.
and in a lancashire accent

I do adore Conroe, its just like Bolton

we knew some peeps that had a weekend place on the lake at conroe and we spent a few afternoons on their boat....a nice break away.

btw i've never been to bolton

American diners are so good its unreal. You cannot go wrong for food in the United States.

I'd probably like Conroe if it was somewhere that it snowed! I have to have my winters. I've never been to Golden Corral and wasn't real pleased with Denny's last time I was there several years ago. I couldn't get my wife to consider either one anyway. That's one thing I miss from the City is good food. That's about the only thing though!

Lake Conroe is truly gorgeous and Fajita Jacks as well! Some superb bars on Lake Conroe.

You can say this about us Brits...we know how to party, lolololol.

i must say we have some excellent fine dining restaurants here in houston, fine prices but then you get quality food and not so much of the quantity thank goodness, so much waste in the diners and fast food places.
