WTF is all this talk about nutters?
Who are those nutter people - I have never come across anyone who would qualify as a nutter on this eminent forum.
Everyone here is completely sane. Reasoned, rational debate is de rigeur.
However, outside this sacred realm... :scared:

welcome! I'm the USC and my husband's the Brit- also from Essex- a bit further north from you though- a small village not far from Thaxted.
As far as expats in Dallas- there's loads! A dear old friend of mine lived there with her husband for a few years. They are now back in Scotland, but while she was there she worked for a time at a little Brit shop and they also made friends with a number of other expats.
And as a matter of fact, a bloke from our yahoo baltimorebrits meetup group is just moving down to Dallas this week. Try the lower Greenville area for pubs and bars, etc and also see if you can find an expat meetup group on either meetup or yahoo groups.
