HIfx/currency transfers no longer allowed?

Just been in touch with Hifx as the new transaction facility on my account has been disabled. They tell me it is because I have a USA address and it is due to new rules brought in by the USA in November Has anyone else come across this?

Yes - it was discussed in November. Do a search, there were several threads.
