Made my daughter photo with Wallgreens - there is some printing on the back side. Can it be a problem or not?

I got two UK sized pics today for a visa, went to the same Walgreens as before but this time they cut them to size instead of having them on the one card.
Not sure if that's useful to anyone but there it is! Perhaps it depends on the tech?

Is a countersignatory a must? If sending from the USA?

The conditions that require a countersignature are explained in the instructions. But in brief if your appearance has changed from the photograph in the current passport, or the passport you are renewing has been expired for 10 years or more. All first time applications require the countersignature as well.

I had such a hassle finding anyone to get pictures taken here in Southern California...I ended up having a very sweet Korean lady, named Iris...who owned a dry cleaners... take the most wicked horrible picture of me ever. Highlight of my day was....
