Help, with taxes
Has anyone been in this situation. Friday I got our tax forms back from the preparer, Saturday I mailed them. I put my signature on them, but forgot that hubby needed to sign them as well but he was away on business. I enclosed the check for the amount owing. I have heard that the tax forms will be invalid, but I don't want to get in bother with the IRS in case it screws up our citizenship application. Any advice out there, please?

Re: Help, with taxes
you should be fine, as they were originally filed before the cuttoff date. But don't quote me on that! :)
