Default Help needed! Please.

Hello Fellows,
Right now, I am in a very critical situation.

I entered USA on a K1 Visa in July 19th, and got married on August 2nd, and sent out my AOS application on Sept 27th 2002 (with I485, I765,..).

I am living in Lexington Park, Maryland, it seems the local INS would be Baltimore INS, and therefore I sent it to Vermont Center (AOS to Baltimore needs to be sent to VSC?)

The problem is I put a Delaware address (my mother-in-law's address) on I-485 form, because though we are living in the Maryland address, we might move to some other apartment. Meanwhile, on I-765, and other forms, I put our current Maryland address, assuming these things can be processed faster than I-485, and within the period, we would not move. Though, on the cover letter, i did mention about the reason why i put a delaware address.

Will the whole thing cause a problem?

How can I correct it if it is wrong?

Can anyone tell me the telephone number of Vermont Center?

Can I send them another letter with request of changing address back?

I appreciate your help very much.

Best Regards,
JBJ

Don't worry about it. It might cause a little bit of confusion at INS,
but the only things that matter are things you did right:

- file in the office that has jurisdiction over your place of residence
- make sure that you specify a mailing address that is likely to remain
valid.

True, it might confuse INS that you specified a mailing address in a
different jurisdiction, but that should be easy to straighten out.

There also is a chance that INS takes on their own to "correct" your
address and sends correspondence to your Lexington Park address anyway.
If you do move, be sure to call VSC and confirm that they have the
Delaware address on file.

Trying to fix the address now would compound the problem, though.
