Help me! Urgent!
I'm working with H1-B status in USA, and going to attend a meeting in Toronto for a week. Do I need show a new visa (the old F1 expired 3 years ago), or I may just show my valid I-797 and I-94 form when I re-enter the USA? There is very different information on this issue due to the changing policy of American government, but I can't afford the risk to be denied the visa when I come back. I'll leave for Canada very soon, please help me if you happened to know the situation in recent a few months.

Your I-94 will be taken from you when you leave the US. If you attempt to re-enter with just your approval notice, you will be denied entry. You need to have the H-1B visa in your passport.
