Basically, buy a business. Downside to that is you can't get a greencard from that type of visa but if your sister is sponsoring you then that would serve the long term goal. You would need a lot of cash and patience though.

ooooooooooooooohhhhhh ! gotcha....probably only gonna have half that and even then wouldnt know what business to buy !! So much for the country that offers everything.....don't make it easy for 'aliens' to enter their domain and share in the alleged goodness....?

I live in Wisconsin and I must say I nearly fell off my wing back when I read you wanted to move here. Have you been here before? Its a nice state but it wouldnt be my first choice of places to live. Winters are long and beyond a joke. I suppose the fact your sister is here is the main draw for you, how long has she been here and does she like it? Good luck on getting a visa it can be tough however many of others have got it, be prepared for lots of ups and downs on that front.
Oh by the way I think the cheese in Wisconsin is overated...I had better go now before I offend any Cheese heads.
