If your Dad has not done anything yet, you are looking at two to two and one half
years. You will be classified as Family 1st preference. See
http://travel.state.gov/visa_bulletin.html.

If you have a bachelor's degree, or perhaps if you can go to school in the U.S. for
awhile, you may be able to enter the U.S. in valid status, and be there while you are
waiting for your family-based immigration process.

O.K., O.K.!!!

It's fair to say that this is the best known and most reputable firm in the U.K.
practicing U.S. immigration law: http://www.usvisalaw.co.uk/firm.htm

It's probably not cheap, but you will be in good hands.
