I don't like 'em: mild, BBQ (although what the hell that is I have no idea-beans keep falling through the grill, ), on toast, off toast, with salt pork, without, they are a waste of my dietary space. :)

and DH hates peas-mushy or otherwise.

Oh, and the Dove Promises chocolate is the same as Galaxy in the UK :)

Lays taste nothing like Walkers ..... they taste like cheap crap.

On my travells across this vast country I stopped at some out of the way fuel stop in Oregon in March and found some sweet onion crisps with some native on the front that tasted exactly like Walkers cheese & onion though.

Couldn't let a thread about baked beans go by, without putting on a link to one of the Funniest Clips from the Film Industry, courtesy of Mel Brook's. It's the Camp Fire Scence from "Blazing Saddles."

Have your speakers on for this one:thumbsup:

although that leads me to ask: if you don't have square bread (eg a decent loaf is usually NOT square) how do you toast it? You'd either need a less wimpy toaster than we usually have in an American kitchen, or you'd toast it in the oven, I suppose, or over a gas burner.

a proper grill :D

or just a toaster oven thingy :)
