Hi,

I've not posted here before and don't want to waste anyone's time by reinventing the wheel. However, I'm about to submit my AOS package and would like to know if it's OK to post my list of stuff here, and ask folks if it looks good to them or if I've missed anything.

Aside from checklisting the forms etc, I have a couple of other questions:

Where more than one form asks for photographs and/or copies of documents, do I need to submit a separate set of photos etc with each document in the same application, or will a single set suffice to cover all?

I will be dropping the package off at the San Jose, CA office. Does anyone know if they require the forms to be collated in any special way or order or stapled/clipped in a preferable manner, or does the envelope need to be marked in any way other than simply with the office address?
