so it doesn't matter if he has been offered a job i'm afraid.......i've been offered jobs in florida....usless without the stamp in your passport

well to qualify for H1-B, the job would have to require a university degree, or a lot of experience in the field to make up for a lack of degree....unless it's a specialist subject, deep sea welder perhaps...but there aren't many that don't require a degree.

According to the New York Times, real wages have declined for each of the last 3 years and are expected to do so.

But I would not be too harsh on the OP, it used to be Bournemouth, then France/Spain and now Florida.

Now if Florida became part of the EU, no problem.
