Default Help:About h1-b extension

Want to extend my h1-b by myself, don't know the following item extracted from i-129inst.pdf file for h1-b1

a copy of any required license or other official permission to practice the occupation in the state of intended employment;

which kind of document should i provide for this item?
Thanks!

In most cases, nothing. If you try to get an H-1B in a regulated
profession, such as physician, nurse, lawyer or the like, then you would
need to supply whatever license you need before you can get an H-1b.
