Unhappy Help!

My condo in Davenport, Florida is just about to be finished and I wondered if anyone could recommend a contact for homeowners condo insurance and also a decent accountant/tax person?

Cheers!

Your insurance should not be particularly complicated. In a standard condo setup, the condo itself usually insures the outer fabric -- you're just responsible for the insides and your possessions. May also be worth having liability coverage for guests, too. Most mainstream insurers will offer coverage.
