Default help

I have been offered a job in florida as a plasterer and the employer does not know the system.
which visa and what is the best way to get it?
I have been told it would be the H2b but want to stay longer than 1 year

Regards
Andy

I would have thought maybe, based on employment an EB-3 visa if you have a job offer in the United States and you qualify through the Labor Certification Process...in other words there are no Americans who could do this work..
