I just read about a site called housecarers.com that matches housesitters and homeowners - they charge a fee to the prospective housesitters. The service is based in Australia but makes matches worldwide. Has anyone used this service? I was thinking it could be an ideal way of enjoying a long visit "back home". My hubby's not sold on the idea of houseswapping - but this might be something he'd be amenable to. It sounds like a great idea.
