Has anyone from Europe(Russia) received a DV2003 notification letter already?
1) sent from/to Russia?
2) sent from/to USA?
is there a site where people do track things like that?

somebody should have received something, eh? ANYBODY FROM EUROPE.... RUSSIA IS THE
BIGGEST PART OF THAT GOdDMAN PLACE ;O)

I guess Europeans are out of luck this time. They either received too many visas
during the last couple of times or they failed to follow the simple procedures for
filing the application. Perhaps it was just the photo, the color of the background,
the amount of hair covering your ear, you know, that kind of stuff... Too bad they
don't tell you if your application was discarded right away.

during the last couple of times or they failed to follow the simple procedures for
filing the application. Perhaps it was just the photo, the color of the background,
the amount of hair covering your ear, you know, that kind of stuff... Too bad they
don't tell you if your application was discarded right away.

I think it's because we have alot of European immigrants here already. DV is about
diversity, not bringing over more of what we have already.

Hey people,
no sweat, last year Europe started receiving letters only in June.... if I am
correct, it is about may and Geeeeeeeeeee it's cold in Canada ;o)
about hair.... one could have a problem with nasal stuff...... ;o)
