Has any one used the online INSexeperts.com
I am trying to find out the detials of sposoring parent (by a citizen) while in B2 visa in the US (filing I130 and I485 combinedly).
Has any one used the services of online agency www.insexperts.com for greencard filing. They offer help in preparing the forms and contents depending on the category and thereby avoid heavy attorney fees! The charge for using the site is ~100 dollars. From taking their interactive quiz I think the site is similar to income tax preparation site Turbotax.
Any help on this matter would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks in advance!
Paul

For that fee, they probably simply fill out the form. You can do that yourself with a
pen and paper for a few cents; the forms are available from the INS Web site for
download. Don't expect advice for such a fee.
This site is definitely very different from TurboTax in that the TurboTax site
adds value:
- it computes the taxes etc. for you.
- it files your taxes electronically on your behalf.
There is no electronic filing with the INS, so you'd end up having to print the form
and mailing them anyway. And there is very little to be computed on an I-130 or an
I-485 that the site could do for you.
