Yeah, we tend to avoid turkey too. Went shopping, yesterday, and got a duck for Thanksgiving and a nice big goose for Christmas.

Goose is easy - just pass through security at the airport.

This is our first Thanksgiving. We have been very fortunate in that a very kind work colleague of Mr Harry Spider has invited us to celebrate Thanksgiving at her house. There will be approximately 20 people there

We are looking forward to seeing how it is done properly. Otherwise it would have just been myself and Mr H the S and the three pooches on our tods :(

Forgot to say SeanT21 - Welcome to BE - BE has been a very useful resource for Mr Harry the Spider and myself and we have found the people very friendly and helpful:thumbup:

The best part is I get to eat them all since DH doesn't care for pumpkin :D

Walmart, in the frozen food section. $60, or thereabouts.

Spending Thanksgiving in Bonita Springs with Family. They run an RV Park and are having a massive lunch for all the guests... Costing us nothing, just the cost of gas :)
