H4 dependant visa

Can anyone help me here?

I'm on H4 status, wife on H1 and daughter born here in USA (2 years old).

What are my entitlements?

1. I believe I can study at a community college without changing visa?
2. If I am employed seasonally how will this affect my H4 status?
3. Can I open a bank account with a ITIN number?
4. What about driving lessons?
5. How long does H1 take to come through once applied for?

Thanks to anyone who replies. It is much appreciated!

D;)

From my own experience when I was previously on a H4.

1. I did study at a community college, but not for the first 12 months, as otherwise I would have had to have paid full fees.

2. You can not be employed seasonally on a H4. You have no entitlement to work unless you get a valid visa which allows you to work.

3. Bank account can be opened with ITIN.

4. H1, can be thru in as little as 15 days if sponsor pays for premium processing. Don't know how long it will take otherwise.
