H1B1 visa for chileans needs fee ??
Hi! :scared:
I am a chilean professional and I have a real position in USA. But I am confused about the press release from USCIS in June 21 -2005: It says that my employer needs pay a fee. I am in my country now.
Can someone help me ?

Yup, the US visa forum would be best bet...but you've missed the boat on this years quota unless Chile is excempt...or it's research uni related...it'll probably cost a couple grand all in, but the employer has to pay for most of it.
Can apply in April for a visa to be issued Oct 2006.
