H1B visa
Hi,
1. How much will it ( applying H1B visa ) cost for the employer ?
2. can the spouse come in dependant visa, and later change it to H1B visa to work in US?

I have no idea how much it would cost for the employer and from waht i read once you have H1b visa you can bring your family and can stay there as long as you are there but your wife or husband can't work.
The cost for applying H1b i think is $1,130 and it would take 30 to 120 days dnt know exactly . if you wanna expedite the processing you have to pay an extra charge of $1,000.
