H1B Transfer from non profit to profit Org
My friend is working with a non-profit company now, his H1B(exempted from quota when was approved for H1B) is valid until jan 2007.
He has a offer from a company. They are willing to do his transfer.
Is he exempt from the cap or does he come under the cap meaning he has wait till oct 2004 to start work.
Please let me know!
