H1B Transfer from Company A to B without pay stub
I came to US on 15th Jan on H1B to a consulting company 'A' , but till date company is not able to get me a client project.
During these 6 weeks; they have not paid me salary: I do not have any pay-stub.
Now another company 'B' has offered me a job and they wants to transfer my H1B.
Could you please answer following questions? :
1) Will my H1B transferred get approved?
2) My family is in India and if my visa gets transferred; do they need to go for stamping again?
