H1b Sponsors/employment
 

Hi,
I have been searching for close to two years now for employment in the USA, Orlando, Florida area. I am a UK Citizen and practically 9 months out of the year for the past four years I have spent in this area entering & re-entering on my B2 Tourist Visa.
I have recently required the necessary BA degree (4year in Hospitality Administration and Management), but I keep hitting the a wall when it comes to employment. "Come back when you have your H1B Visa". It is proving to be a vicious circle.
Can anyone please give me some guidance or listing of companies in this area which will sponsor & employ an Non-US Citizen.
