H1B Query
My H1B petition was filed in Dec' 2000 by a firm in US. After I got the papers and before getting it stamped, for some reasons I was asked to hold for a while. Now the employer wants me to join his team in US. So, will my old papers help me in getting my H1B stamped or should a new petition be filed again with INS. If my old papers itself suffice, do I need to submit any other additional documents to reason the delay for the same.

All you need is a letter from the employer stating that the offer is still good and that they plan to hire you effective XXX at the same terms originally stated. Ingo |
