H1 & H4 visa
Hi ,
I've a question related to H1 and H4 visa. Right now i'm working for a software concern and i hold a valid H1 visa.
I got engaged and my fiance works in USA in H1 visa .
If I travel with him in H4 visa without quitting my current job , Will my H1 visa be valid ?
If i resign my job and travel to USA in H4 visa , How long will it take for me to get a fresh H1 and start working there?
